The S.G. Highway spine, the S.P. Ring Road, and the emerging junctions that connect the twin city of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar each carry a different mix of occupiers, footfall and future infrastructure. An address is only as strong as the corridor it sits on and the direction that corridor is moving.

Before evaluating a specific floor or unit, it is worth asking three questions: who already occupies this stretch, what is being built around it, and how will people and customers actually reach it. Those answers frame everything that follows — pricing, tenant demand and the eventual exit.
